We draw your attention to the severe damage caused by landslides triggered by incessant rains on the 11th and 12th of Ashwin 2081 in Lalitpur District, specifically in Mahankal Rural Municipality Wards No. 1, 2, and 3. The disaster resulted in the complete destruction of physical structures belonging to 38 households in these areas.
To address the immediate needs of the affected families, the following relief materials were distributed:









The relief distribution was carried out with due diligence, ensuring fairness and transparency in the process. Furthermore, detailed records of the recipients, the materials provided, and their feedback have been maintained for future reference.
This provision is part of our ongoing commitment to disaster response and community rehabilitation in Mahankal Rural Municipality. The affected families have expressed their gratitude for the prompt assistance, but additional long-term support, such as reconstruction aid and livelihood recovery, remains critical.
